Yes! We offer a free 30-minute trial session. This allows you and your child to experience our tutoring approach and see if it’s the right fit before committing.
We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a charge. If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notifying the tutor, they will be charged for a no-show. Additionally, if you need to cancel a monthly session, a 48-hour notice is required to avoid being charged for half of that package.

Tutoring Information
You can contact your tutor via email or phone, depending on the tutor’s preference. They will let you know their preferred method of communication.
All of our tutors have prior tutoring or teaching experience and have passed our company’s competency examination, which is conducted orally. This assessment evaluates their effective use of the Socratic method, learning techniques, and knowledge of the subject matter. While many tutors have college degrees or experience, we believe that competency-based evaluations are a more effective hiring philosophy to ensure the highest quality of tutoring.
Availability on holidays is at the discretion of the tutor. Please check with your tutor in advance regarding their holiday schedule.

Yes, after each session, you will receive a summary of your child’s progress. For a more detailed review, the Standard or Premium Package must be purchased.

No, you do not need to provide materials. We create a personalized set of practice problems through the app that your child will use as part of our tutoring services.

No, we currently do not offer group tutoring. Each session is individualized to ensure personalized support for every student.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged. Failure to show up or communicate within 15 minutes of a scheduled session will result in a charge for a no-show.
Yes, within the app, there are additional questions available for purchase if students would like more practice with a specific topic than the progression scheme is providing. Please contact us using the Contact page for more details.
The default session length is 1 hour, but this can be adjusted in consultation with the tutor and parents, with sessions as short as 30 minutes if necessary.
If your tutor cancels within 24 hours, you will not be charged for that session and will receive an additional session to make up for the inconvenience. If cancellations occur frequently, you may be assigned a new tutor. If a tutor cancels more than two sessions in a month with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded for any unused sessions for that month, and you may receive a new tutor.
To reschedule any sessions, please contact your tutor with at least 24 hours’ notice.
